How to use our shopping cart

Step 1: Select Bikini Shop from the menu.
Step 2: Select bikini range using rollover 'squares' near Beach Brasil logo.
Step 3: Select bikini options and sizes using the pull down menus.
Step 4: Click on 'Add to cart' button to add your selection to shopping cart. [Use the 'top button' for bikini top and 'bottom button' for bikini brief]
Step 5: Select online or offline ordering. [use offline for faxing orders]
Step 6: Select your delivery method.
Step 7: Complete delivery and payment details.
Step 8: Click on 'Place order online' button to send us your order.

Orders and payment

We primarily accept payment by credit card using the shopping cart facility provided.

This is a secure online process and card details will never be recorded or used for any other reason.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bankcard and Diners Club.

However if you to prefer to fax us your credit card details with your order details this is also possible using the shopping cart. See Step 5 of 'How to use our shopping cart' above.

Finally you may also post your order accompanied by either a money order or cheque. [see "Contact" section for details.]

International money orders and cheques must be made out to Beach Brasil and may take 5 weeks to clear before orders can be sent. [see "Currency Converter"].

Always add the postage and handling charges.

Our prices include G.S.T. [for Australian customers only]

Never email your credit card details.

To convert any overseas currency into AU$, please use our currency converter.

Shipping and rates

It is our priority to deliver your purchase promptly. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days depending on stock availability. As our manufacturing section is fast and responsive, out of stock items should only take 5 days to dispatch. [depending on product availability.]

Please remember to include dispatch time of 2 to 5 days.

Any other unexpected delays will be displayed on the shopping page before you place your order.

Our postal system is very reliable and efficient . Most orders are shipped by air mail, it varies from a few days to four weeks [in extreme cases].

In Australia : registered Post AU$6.00. Delivery time varies from 2 to 5 working days.

International : Airmail AU$14.00 for any destination. It takes 7 working days to 4 weeks. Most deliveries take 2 weeks.

If you are in a hurry, we offer EMS International Couriers flat rate AU$39.00 takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.

Please remember to include dispatch time 0f 2 to5 days.

Customs may cause some delays. If you use EMS, the courier will be able to contact you in case of any customs delay.

Customs and import duty

Duty or taxes may be applicable on imported goods in some countries. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for such charges.

Please contact your Customs department to find out if any duty or taxes apply in your country.

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy

All our garments are made to a very high standard, and we are proud of our customer service and satisfaction.

However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase , please return it in new condition with tags attached and inside its packaging. We will be happy to exchange or refund it.

Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from the day of ordering in Australia, and 45 days for international customers.

Exchanged items will be sent by registered post in Australia and airmail for overseas. Exchanges requested by courier will incur extra charge being the difference between airmail and courier charged to your destination. Cost for transport and handling are not refundable.

Return and Exchange

Return the item in new condition with tag and packaging. Include copy of the invoice, that will have all details of the product. Your details, name, address , card number [in case of refund.]

When the item is received and checked, we will process the exchange immediately.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us safely. If you are not sure, use registered post to return your exchange or refund.

Make sure you provide us with all correct information so we can contact you immediately if there is any problem.

SECURITY

Security and privacy policy

All information received from our customers is kept safely and is not passed on to anybody else. All credit card details are deleted after orders are retrieved and processed daily.
